How to Use the PDF Page Reorder
- Open the PDF Page Reorder tool.
- Choose your PDF file and wait for the thumbnails to load.
- Use the ↑ / ↓ buttons on each thumbnail to move it to a new position.
- Click Save Reordered PDF once you're happy with the order.
- Your reordered PDF downloads automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it take a moment after I choose my file?
The tool renders a small thumbnail image of every page so you can see what you're reordering -- larger PDFs with more pages take a little longer to render.
Can I remove a page while reordering?
Not in this tool -- use the PDF Page Delete / Extract tool to remove specific pages, then reorder the result here if needed.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can reorder?
No hard limit, but PDFs with a very large number of pages will take longer to render thumbnails and use more browser memory.
