Privacy Policy

1. Information we do not collect

Every tool on this site — from the Word Counter to the Image Compressor to the JSON Formatter — runs as JavaScript inside your browser tab. Files you choose in an "upload" field (for the image tools, for example) are read directly into your browser's memory using standard web APIs; they are never transmitted to Toolkit Pro or to any server we operate. We have no database of user content, because none is ever sent to us.

2. Cookies and local storage

Toolkit Pro itself does not set tracking cookies and does not use browser local storage to identify or follow you between visits. Some individual tools may keep small, temporary state in memory (for example, a "history" of colors you generated) purely for your convenience during that session — this data disappears when you close or refresh the tab and is never sent anywhere.

3. Third-party advertising

Toolkit Pro is free to use and may display advertising to help cover hosting costs. Where an ad is shown, it is served by a third-party advertising network (for example, Google AdSense). Those networks may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads and measure their performance, which can include personalized advertising based on your browsing activity across sites. This happens under the advertising network's own privacy policy, not ours — we don't receive or store the data they collect.

You can review and adjust how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based advertising from many networks at once via the Digital Advertising Alliance's tools at optout.aboutads.info.

Toolkit Pro may also ask your permission to send browser push notifications, which carry advertising and are delivered by a third-party push network through a service worker running in your browser. You will only ever receive them if you explicitly allow notifications when your browser asks — if you dismiss or block that prompt, no subscription is created and nothing is sent. If you do allow them, your browser registers a subscription held by that network rather than by us, and the notifications you then see are chosen by them under their own privacy policy; we do not receive or store what they collect. You can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser's settings for this site — usually behind the padlock or "Site settings" icon next to the address bar — which both stops the notifications and removes the subscription.

4. Analytics

If Toolkit Pro ever adds an analytics service to understand traffic (for example, to see which tools are most useful), that service and what it collects will be disclosed here before it goes live. As of the date at the top of this page, no analytics script is active on this site.

5. Children's privacy

Toolkit Pro is a general-audience utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the intent of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regional rules.

6. Your rights

Because Toolkit Pro does not collect or store personal data about you through the tools themselves, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you have a question about data collected by a third-party ad network shown on this site, or about this policy in general, contact us using the details below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for instance, if we add analytics or a new type of ad placement. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
