These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Toolkit Pro (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What Toolkit Pro is
Toolkit Pro provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for text, images, calculations and development tasks. Every tool runs as client-side code in your own browser — the Site does not process your input on a server, and there is no AI model involved in generating results. All output is produced by deterministic code (standard math, string operations, browser APIs like Canvas and the Web Crypto API) running on your device.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities in bad faith, scrape it at a rate that degrades the experience for others, or use it to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
3. No professional advice
The calculators and converters on this Site (for example, the EMI, tax, BMI, or unit converter tools) are provided for general, informational convenience only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, or medical professional, and you should independently verify any figure before relying on it for a financial, legal, medical, engineering, or other consequential decision.
4. "As is", no warranty
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your specific use case.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toolkit Pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its tools.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The Site may display advertisements served by third-party networks, and some pages may link to external sites. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or linked sites. Please review the Privacy Policy for more on how third-party ads work on this Site.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, branding, and underlying code are owned by Toolkit Pro unless otherwise noted. Content you create using the tools (for example, text you format or an image you edit) remains yours — we never receive a copy of it, so we have no claim to it.
8. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update, add to, or remove tools, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Toolkit Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by local law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
