Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?
There's no hard-coded limit, but very large numbers of files or very large PDFs will use more of your device's memory since everything is processed in your browser.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not directly -- this tool can't open encrypted PDFs. Remove the password from each file first (in the program that created it, or a dedicated password-removal tool), then merge.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge happens entirely in your browser using the open-source pdf-lib library running locally -- your files never leave your device.
