Frequently Asked Questions
Does this add real detail like AI upscalers do?
No. This tool enlarges the image using standard interpolation (or nearest-neighbor for the sharp style) -- it does not invent new detail the way AI super-resolution models do. It's best for moderate enlargements where some softness is acceptable.
What's the difference between Smooth and Sharp scaling?
