Does this work on any background?
It works best on solid, evenly-lit backgrounds like white, green or blue screens. Busy or gradient backgrounds are harder to remove cleanly.
What does the tolerance slider do?
It controls how close a pixel's color needs to be to the chosen background color to be made transparent -- higher tolerance removes more, including shadows and edges.
